Project: Nature & Us
Nowadays, what human have done to global biodiversity due to their actions, species and ecosystems are threatened with destruction. deforestation is the major impact and issue that cause global biodiversity threat since past. There are handful of mass extinction events and many species are being threatened now.
This project is to give us a chance to look into our natural environment. We are require to form a group with 3 members. Firstly, we need to pick up a topic from our group and our group choose biodiversity as our topic. Then we are require to write a journal about biodiversity threats and we have to design a poster including some authentic statistic and info.
1. Nature and Us Environmental Poster
My group members are Tan Ling Rong and Tay Jia Jian to design an A2 size colored printed poster to show environmental awareness. In the poster , there are about some statistic, info graphic and cause and effect about biodiversity threats data base on our research. In our projects, our major concern is about deforestion and distinction of species in global and Malaysia.
2. Nature and Us Environmental Journal
About our journal, we research about the causes & effects, impacts, factors and statistic base on our data and documentary of biodiversity. Through research and anaysis, I discovered that how many species have been extinct and more are in danger. We research about the decade ago of the forest distribution in malaysia compare to now has more vegetation. This is the cruel result that everyone is going to face.
Reflective:
From this project, I have learnt about the important of environmental nature that surround us. We have to be aware about our every action and decision while making. We also need to be aware about when we are doing assignment, using paper materials in sufficient way. We cannot force other to follow our steps, but we can start our action ourself to make our environment better.
